Tina Gerfer, born 1967 in Cologne, has been Managing director of Wilhelm Rasch GmbH & Co. KG since 2008. After graduation at Europäische Wirtschafts- und Sprachenakademie (EWS) in Cologne, she worked in several business fields, especially the Equestrian industry, before joining her grandfather’s family business in 2006. The mother and grandmother of two has also been a member of the General Assembly and Vice President of Cologne Chamber of Commerce since 2020. Besides German, Tina speaks Englisch, Spanish and French.

Rasch was founded in Cologne by Tina’s grandfather Wilhelm Rasch in 1950 and is specialized in wrapping machines for hollow figures as well as universal wrapping machines that can handle various products in diverse wrapping styles. The company also offers customized solutions for round and flat bottom confectionery products. In the field of tempering machines, Rasch is best known for the handling of masses with inclusions and for low-waste re-work handling.

In 2018, Rasch joined Mohrbach Group which offers primary, secondary and end of line packaging.
